PROTECTION PLAN AGREEMENT – Bader tenant protection – $1,000 coverage I am enrolling in the Bader tenant protection – $1,000 coverage protection plan offered through MS Boat and RV Storage. I understand and agree that: 1. The plan costs $10.00 per month, billed together with my rent, and covers my stored property up to $1000.00 subject to the plan's terms, conditions and exclusions, which I have been given the opportunity to read. 2. The plan is not a policy issued by the facility; the facility is not an insurer and makes no promise beyond the plan's written terms. 3. Coverage starts on my move-in date (or the date the plan is added) and continues month to month while the premium is paid; it ends when I move out, cancel in writing, or stop paying. 4. I may cancel the plan at any time by providing proof of my own valid insurance. By typing my name below I sign this agreement electronically.

4Move-in date & agreement

RENTAL AGREEMENT (summary) 1. Term. This is a month-to-month rental of the storage space identified above. Rent is due in advance on the billing date shown on each invoice. 2. Use. The space may be used only to store the vehicle(s) listed. No living, no hazardous materials, no business operations from the space. 3. Fees. Late fees, lien fees and other charges are applied according to the facility's published schedule, which the Tenant acknowledges receiving. 4. Access. The Tenant receives a personal gate code. Access may be suspended while rent is unpaid. Codes must not be shared. 5. Insurance. The facility is not responsible for loss or damage to stored property. The Tenant is required to maintain insurance on stored vehicles. 6. Lien. Unpaid rent gives the Owner a lien on the stored property under Florida Statutes §83.801–83.809. Property may be sold to satisfy the lien after the notices required by law. 7. Move-out. The Tenant agrees to give the required notice before vacating and to leave the space clean and empty.
